REGALWISE SHEPHERDS

It's been exactly 30 years since I got my first White Shepherd. I have enjoyed lots of 'doggy' friends over the years, raising the puppies, dog training, and especially the shows & trials. Once I counted up over 50 performance titles and 55 championship titles earned on dogs that I owned or bred (and that a few years ago!). 

But the older I get, the harder it is to keep up with socializing & training the dogs, and especially kennel maintenance and repairs by myself. But even more compelling is my increasing sense of urgency that I be unencumbered and free to serve God without other obligations. I will graduate from Bible School in October and I sense in my spirit that God has other work for me to do. The length of our lives here on earth is very short compared to eternity, and the bible tells us that how we spend our time and energy here will affect how we spend the rest of eternity. For example 2 Cor 5:10 says "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad."

And so, it's time for me to bid farewell to dog breeding.

I have found homes for all my adult dogs and pups.
